August 26-27, 2011 (Student development; Up, Up, and Away in Hunterdon inc.) 12 female students interested in STEM from from DVRHS, HCRHS, Lafayatte, 2 ground facilitators, 3 flight facilitators, and volunteers.

June, 2011

June 24-25, 2011 (Faculty development; Up, Up, and Away in Hunterdon inc.) 12 female STEM faculty participants from DVRHS, HCRHS, Rutgers, RVCC, and Alexandria Middle School, 2 ground facilitators, and 3 flight facilitators.

September, 2005

The most recent Leaders Take Flight® workshop was held at Alexandria Field on June 24-25, 2011- twelve participants, three certified flight instructors and two facilitators enjoyed two days of leadership training and all walked away saying, "If I can fly an airplane, I can do anything."
